OUR PHILOSOPHY
Employ a Realistic Approach to Training and Practice
With all of the great training available, none if it is fruitful without practice. There is a difference between training and practice. Training teaches you new skills. Practice is employing what you've learned. Keep things simple. Practice how you train and train how you practice. Knowledge is great, but have the wisdom to know the difference between the two.

In real-world, self-defense scenarios, what tools will realistically be at your disposal? As any good Boy Scout can tell you, a spirit of preparedness is a great ally. A clear mind and physical fitness also play an important role.
